These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the provider of e-bike rental services through the website www.ecorride.sk and the customer.

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the provider of e-bike rental services through the website www.ecorride.sk (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

3. Subject of the service
The Provider offers short-term rental of electric bicycles (e-bikes), including accessories, mainly a helmet, lock and route recommendations.
4. Reservation
A reservation can be made through the online form, by e-mail or by phone. A reservation becomes binding after confirmation by the Provider.
5. Price and payment
- Half day: €35 (7:00 – 12:30 or 14:30 – 20:00)
- Full day: €49
- 2 days: €89 (the price may be adjusted depending on the number of bicycles)
Payment is made by agreement (cash, bank transfer or another agreed form of payment).
6. Rental conditions
- The Customer is obliged to use the e-bike responsibly and in accordance with road traffic rules.
- The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
- The e-bike must be returned at the agreed time.
- The Provider reserves the right to refuse rental in the event of inappropriate behaviour by the Customer.
7. Liability
The Customer acknowledges that riding an e-bike is a physical activity associated with risk. The Provider is not liable for injuries caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions.
8. Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of a reservation is possible by agreement. In the event of bad weather or other circumstances, the reservation may be moved to another date.
9. Personal data protection
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and is used exclusively for reservation and communication purposes.
10. Final provisions
These terms and conditions become valid on the day they are published on the website. The Provider reserves the right to amend them.
