Important information before your ride
Before making a reservation, please read the basic rental conditions. This will help you choose the right bike, prepare the necessary documents and avoid unnecessary questions when picking up the bike.

Reservation and confirmation
- Reservations are accepted only through our online booking system.
- After you submit your reservation, we will contact you by phone and confirm the date and bike handover details.
- We recommend making your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
- Online booking is available for a maximum of 7 days. Longer rentals are arranged individually.

Choosing the right frame size
- Size M: approximately 160 – 175 cm
- Size L: approximately 175 – 190 cm
Tip: If you are between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger frame for better stability and comfort on longer routes.

What to prepare for bike handover
- Documents: ID card and a second proof of identity
- Deposit: €100 for each bike separately. You can pay it when picking up the bike, either in cash or by card.
- Rental payment: cash or payment card

Bike delivery
By agreement, we can deliver the bikes directly to your chosen location. For full-day rentals, we can usually adapt to your preferred time. For shorter rentals, we recommend arranging an exact time in advance.
